Returns

We accept returns of eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.

• All accompanying materials and packaging must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or an issue with the product.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

• Digital downloads once access has been provided

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Products that have been used or substantially damaged after delivery

These limitations do not affect remedies available for defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products under applicable law.
